Human Resource Outsourcing is the practice of contracting with a service
provider to administer one or more human resource business processes. Human
Resource Outsourcing streamlines administrative functions and provides
exceptional benefit plans. Clients can increase productivity by improving their
focus on core operations.
Human resources are comprised of nine HR functions which
include more than one hundred specific HR tasks.
Any or all of these HR functions and tasks can be outsourced. Pinnacle offers
four HR outsourcing (HRO) models. The proper HRO model is determined by the
number and scope of HR functions and tasks that are outsourced.
To evaluate the best HR outsourcing model, Pinnacle performs a needs analysis to
identify a client’s human resource capabilities, goals and needs. Pinnacle then
determines which HR functions and tasks should be outsourced. Pinnacle works
with one or more service providers to design the HR outsourcing model that will
achieve the client goals and deliver the greatest value.
